First Health Check (100 points)
To be eligible to receive Pulse Rewards points you must:
- Complete your first-ever SiSU Health Check at a participating Priceline SiSU Health Station, using an email address that has not previously been used for a SiSU Health account and earn 100 Pulse Rewards points.
- Opt in to the offer on the SiSU Health Station and connect your Pulse Rewards membership by looking up your existing Pulse Rewards membership using your email address, mobile number or Pulse Rewards membership number and confirming the connection when prompted. Once connected, your rewards membership will be associated with your SiSU Health account.
- A Pulse Rewards membership can only be connected to a single SiSU Health account.
- Pulse Rewards points will only be issued after the successful completion of the health check and connecting your Pulse Rewards membership number on the station. Once connected, your Pulse Rewards membership will remain associated with your SiSU Health account.
- 100 points offer is exclusive to Pulse Rewards members. Pulse Rewards members must action a health check via a SiSU Health Station at selected Priceline Pharmacy stores to be eligible. One offer redemption per member. Pulse Rewards points will be issued within 6 weeks of the qualifying health check date. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Second Health Check (200 points)
To be eligible to receive Pulse Rewards points you must:
- Complete your second SiSU Health Check at a participating Priceline SiSU Health Station using the same SiSU Health account used for your first health check and earn 200 Pulse Rewards points. To be eligible, your second health check must be in a different calendar month to your first check.
- Opt in to the offer on the SiSU Health Station and connect your Pulse Rewards membership by looking up your existing Pulse Rewards membership using your email address, mobile number or Pulse Rewards membership number and confirming the connection when prompted. Once connected, your Pulse Rewards membership will always be associated with your SiSU Health account.
- A Pulse Rewards membership can only be connected to a single SiSU Health account.
- 200 points offer is exclusive to Pulse Rewards members. Pulse Rewards members must action a health check via a SiSU Health Station at selected Priceline Pharmacy stores to be eligible. One offer redemption per member. Pulse Rewards points will be issued within 6 weeks of the qualifying health check date. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Monthly Health Checks (50 points)
To be eligible to receive Pulse Rewards points you must:
- Complete a monthly SiSU Health Check at a participating Priceline SiSU Health Station using the same SiSU Health account used for your previous health checks and earn 50 Pulse Rewards points. Your third health check must be completed in a different calendar month to your second health check. This offer is only available on the first eligible health check completed in a calendar month and is limited to one redemption per month.
- Opt in to the offer on the SiSU Health Station and connect your Pulse Rewards membership by looking up your existing Pulse Rewards membership using your email address, mobile number or Pulse Rewards membership number and confirming the connection when prompted. Once connected, your Pulse Rewards membership will always be associated with your SiSU Health account.
- A Pulse Rewards membership can only be connected to a single SiSU Health account.
- Pulse Rewards points will only be issued after the successful completion of the health check and connecting your membership number on the station.
