By accessing and/or using our website, health stations, mobile app and/or related services (Services), you agree to these terms (Terms of Use), which include our Privacy Policy (available via the footer of the website, via the screen on our health stations or in our app) and Payment Terms and Conditions (available via the website).
You should review these Terms of Use carefully. This information may change from time to time, so we recommend you check back often. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should cease using our website and Services immediately.
In these Terms of Use, reference to “we”, “us”, “our” or “the Company” means SiSU Wellness Pty Ltd and our related bodies corporate.
Any failure of the Company to enforce any of these Terms of Use shall not impact on our right to require performance by you at a later time, nor shall the waiver by us of any breach of the Terms of Use be taken as a waiver of the clause or clauses itself.
Registering as a User
You must be a registered member to access certain features of our Services. If registering for our Premium Services, for which payment is required, please refer to our Payment Terms and Conditions for further information (accessible via the website).
To register and activate your account, you will be required to provide us with personal data such as your name, telephone number and email. It is your responsibility to ensure that this data is both accurate and up to date. When you register and activate your account through our health stations, we will provide you with login details, which include a user name and password. When you register through our website, you will be prompted to create a password yourself. You are responsible for keeping your user name and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this user name. For this reason, we recommend that you do not let anyone else have access to your account.
Age Restriction
Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to create an account or register as a member. If you are aged 16 years or older but are under the age of 18, you must review these Terms of Use with your parent or legal guardian. Use of our Services represents to us that this has occurred. If you are the parent or legal guardian permitting a person under the age of 18 (Minor) to create an account, you agree to:
- exercise all necessary supervision of the Minor’s use of our Services and their account;
- assume all risks associated with the Minor’s use of our Services and their account, including but not limited to the transmission of content or information to and from third parties via the Internet;
